DELIVERY POLICY
1. Customers agree to pay the delivery fee stated in the Shopline system.
2. Seller accept and arrange transport to deliver purchase items to destination.
3. If destination category accidently wrong selected, seller shall liaise with customers/buyers the correct transport/delivery fee and top up or reduce in order invoice accordingly.
4. Customers shall top up payment or seller shall refund if customers have made payment.
5. If customer disagree with the new transportation fee and change delivery mode to self collect, seller will refund the delivery fee within 14 working days if payment has been made (refer to refund/return policy).
6. Seller shall not responsible for any purchase items spoilt or damage or missing during transit from Kuching to outstations.
7. Dry food & frozen food will be packed separately, unless otherwise customer request to combine.
8. Management reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms or any policy or guideline, at any time and in our sole discretion.
Items can be delivered within Kuching Area
Perishable or Chill Items or Frozen items or Fragile or Dry Items
Items will be delivered within 2 working days upon confirmation of charges and payment made.
Food
Items will be delivered within 1 working day upon confirmation of charges and payment made.
Outstation delivery (Main Town within Sarawak Except Limbang) by Road
Dry Items
Items will be delivered within 7 working days upon confirmation of charges and payment made.
Normal packing shall be in carton boxes.
Fragile, chilled or Frozen Items
Items will be delivered within 7 working days upon confirmation of charges and payment made.
Normal packing shall be in carton boxes.
Packing material such as bubble wrap, polyfoam, ice bag and others are chargeable to protect and minimize the purchase items spoilt.
Requested Polyfoam for frozen items :
Polyfoam size : 22" x 16" x 13" @ RM 25/unit to be borne by customer.
SELF COLLECT POLICY
1. Purchase items paid must be collected within 3 working days from the payment made except food need to be collected within 1 working day, otherwise shall to cancel automatically
2. No refund for items uncollected within grace period given.
3. Management shall not liable for any items spoilt/damage due to items not being collected within 3 working days and food 1 working day from purchase date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. NO cancellation for check out items.
2. Customers are advisable do not cancel items after the live end.
